Fun, fast and cheap way to get around the city

I love bird. I love having an alternate mode of transportation around the city, and not having to depend on a car. It’s fast,
but not so fast that you can’t control the scooters. I always feel in control, and It’s so easy.

What fun

What a great way to get around town fun and easy. However, as soon as you leave the loud area, the bike slows down and stops. I
did have to push it back to the accepted area. Nothing like a little extra exercise. It was still great, and I would do it again.

Great way to Commute

The only issue I had was when it told me to update my payment, but everything looked good. I couldn’t use the app for a couple
of days. It started working again out of nowhere. The 30 day pass is amazing!

It was good and I enjoyed it,
but very expensive. I got charged $53USD for 2hrs.
Also some it stop functioning in some areas (like the near the capital) that other companies like Lime functions in.

Parking Zones

I would recommend having a feature that directed you to the closest parking zone to your destination, and have the information
visible before choosing to ride. Ended up riding into a no-ride/no-park zone, and ended up turning around to park somewhere that
was barely closer to my destination.

There is no PAUSE

When you stop a ride, there should be a pause instead of only a end ride feature on the application. Lime has it and it cuts the
ride price as you don’t have to pay for two rides. Lime is better!

Too many popups

I like the scooters, good power and good condition. The app has way too many pop ups and essentially ads. When you just want to
get a scooter and get somewhere you shouldn’t have to fight the UI to do so.

I paid to have a pass for a day but three of them have not worked so far so it just eats away from the 10 rides I get. A little
disappointing and into much of a hurry to contact them and get more rides
