I’ve downloaded every gin game in the App Store and this is by far the BEST. I’ve been playing it for years. That being said,
please fix the bugs that make this game freeze up and crash. I’m happy to pay a fee for this game to work. Thanks!

Enjoying

Great but freezes

I love this game. The ads are brief and non intrusive but the game frequently freezes up in the middle of a round and I feel like
I am ditching the other players if I have to quit. Otherwise it’s easy to find a player and make friends.

It’s simple. Basic. And about all someone could do w a game of gin rummy. You can play others in real time, or computer. Easy to
get coins. An overall good app

Good but glitches sometimes

I like that it doesn’t move the cards into melds on its own. Other games take half the fun away. But it you chew sometimes.
Locks up on my turn after I acted. Which an be frustrating. But it’s still my favorite free gin rummy game.

Why ads covering my area?

I can’t get rid of ads right in my play area. Irritating since I can’t see what I’m doing.

Glitches

It is enjoyable, but there are occasional glitches. Sometimes a game ends abruptly when no cards are visible. Somebody wins GIN
even though the game hadn’t started? Very strange. Hope the developers can sort it out.

Fun but crashes

It’s fun to play with your friends but game keeps freezing & makes you loose your money. It says no internet connection but
phone has strong signal. Please fix bugs & update!

Freezes up too frequently

Good game, when it works. But, it freezes up way too often when trying to start a new game. And, to top it off, your stats are
decreased because you were ‘forced’ to quit!!!

Frozen

I’ve had 2 hands of winning gin back to back today and it has frozen and does nothing. Fix it please. I’m new to your app, and
not impressed so far. Continued daily glitches.

Fun to play but glitchy

I like this game because it is free to play. But several features are glitchy. The Free Coins to watch a video never awards the
coins. I have great internet but it stops a lot to say my internet connection is lost and then shows me a video. But I play
because i love Gin Rummy.

Fun game playing online with real people BUT consistently tells me mid game “NO INTERNET CONNECTION “. Everything else in the

I drew theEight of spades, discarded it to your place later and it was drawn again two plays after that.I could knock for four but
it said six. This was while playing online. Maybe you could tune it up a little?

Freezes

Game Freezes on a Big Gin-Live player game. Back arrow with Resume, Music, Sound, Rules & How to play works, but when you tape on
the Big Gin button that pops up, game freezes (happened twice on 2 separate games).
