I love watch. My sons not allowed take phone to school so watch works perfectly.

Good app & watch

This is a great device for young children !
The only issue I have is the limited messages my daughter can send. It makes it difficult to communicate with her between classes
at school. Definitely need more text messaging options.

Battery is not as expected

So, I just bought Gizmo 3, 3 days ago. I charged the watch and lift un touched, after the end of the day battery was 35% .
However they saying it should last for 3.6 days. So please advise me? Thanks

We live close enough to busy streets that the radial boundaries are problematic. But wish I could draw street boundaries

Peace of mind

The Gizmo works very well and the phone app is great. I can see where my child is and can call him if I need to. He can also call
me to ask if he can stay out longer. It’s wonderful to have this.

Verification madness

I love gizmo, but it is unacceptable that they sent us not one not two but three verification codes and then said that the last
code was EXPIRED. Gizmo is great, if you don’t mind some verification madness.

Phone number attached to a different email

I need to have my phone number unattached from my old email. I can’t set up a new account for my nephew because my old email
that I no longer have access to. I need someone to help me remove the phone number from the inaccessible email.

Smell

Are you having kids my watch and it is weird because I saw the review saying that we could like FaceTime somewhere but mine
doesn’t

Good

It’s very good except I don’t like that the time has to be between 8 hours and 10 minutes it is very annoying but the app in
all is very good.

App closes…

New to the watch so we are still getting a feel for the usage.

However when texting from the app and adding an emoji it closes the app immediately.

Exactly what I needed

This app does everything I need it to do. I can track my kiddo, call and text him whenever I want. I can turn silent mode on and
off. It’s pretty basic but it’s exactly what I needed it for, definitely does it’s job.

The confidence I need!

I’m glad this technology is available! My kids are loving their new watches and I’m loving the confidence it gives me to allow
them more independence! The location on the map is a bit off- but it is good enough. Definitely thankful for this watch!

Great idea until it isn’t

The watch does what it should with the exception of how insanely slow it is to locate my kid and provide me with that info. Also,
I just upgraded to an iphone13 and for some reason I cannot get the watch to pair with my new phone. We have uninstalled,
reinstalled, reset etc.

Great watch

Great watch, makes me feel at ease that I can track where my daughter goes or I can call her if I need too. The only complaints I
have are that the tracking system doesn’t update very fast and the screen does not lock so she constantly is accidentally
calling people from her watch.

Updating rating. We love our Gizmo!

I’m not sure how to update my previous review but I was able to get our issue resolved quickly by emailing the email provided
and we are back up and running. We love our Gizmo and are very happy to have it working again.

The best!

We were looking for a phone or something that our son could talk on. We didn’t want to buy him an actual phone because he would
lose it. This is the perfect solution. I can call my son and track him. Beat thing ever!

A good tool. Battery life stinks!

This device and app is so needed for people who have to balance work with caregiving. My only issue is with the battery life. It
lasts a day! Period!

My Grand Sons

My grandsons have used the app for some time and the family loves being able to keep up with them when they are at school and
during our busy schedules.

Video???

This most recent update says that the app now has video capability. I’m not sure how that’s possible when the watches don’t
have cameras. I would love someone to explain that one!

Great watch for young kids

This product is really helpful. Our daughter has begun walking home from school and we use this to track her location as she’s
heading home. The only issue I have is that sometimes the app can be a little slow.

Awesome intro. Device

I absolutely love this device. Its been great for our 13 yr old. Its been a great substitute for a phone and has all the basic

Implement FULL Features

No timer or stopwatch on the Disney Edition…? Games, but not everything a watch NEEDS? All to-do list items need a duration?

Every time I open the app I have to re log in despite having every friend and family member consistently logged into theirs. Very

Love Gizmo but don’t like app update

I love the Gizmo but why did you have to move the text notifications to the bottom with the app update? Not liking it. It should
be at the top with the phone and location notifications, where it was. And now I have to open two windows to read or write a
text. Made it much less convenient.

Needs to be updated with Watch App support

It’s great to give kids a portable way to contact parent. Parents should also have the option to track and message parent via a
watch app.

School mode should be on all models

The school mode feature should be on all models, not just the Disney version. I’d like for my child to wear it to school but
only be able to make emergency calls. Why would this only be available for a Disney model?

Terrible GPS

Please do an update on the GPS. It’s honestly the sole purpose I got this watch from my kids. We do a lot of our door activity
and they are not always by my side.

okay so i got the gizmo watch for my birthday and every time i scan the QR code it says that this party is busy or something like
that and when i try to sign up on the app it tells me that i can’t so plz help me:(

App barely works

The watch works great the app barely functions. Takes forever if at all to update even the battery information. Works great the
first day after that it’s been a struggle to use this app.
