I. Was pretty upset that I had to do an update to game when I went to report a problem. In the process I lost my coins and all
the games that were in process. I had 429 coins and at least 12 games going.

Fun

This is definitely my favorite word game to play. It is unique and challenging. As others have said, there are glitches but it has
not kept me from playing. I do hope the running tally of wins/losses against each opponent comes back. That was fun to see.

Fun But Not Saving Data On Different Languages On

I don’t know why when I change languages the stats are gone, the games are still in, your rank becomes 1, and you need to do all
the stuff to get the things back.

But…just to play professor you have to watch video after video? I understand watching a video then play a game, but I watch a

My favorite game

I enjoy playing this game. Today I noticed it would except my letters and in the next turn the letters are removed.I tried to
contact to give a heads up but that didn’t work either. I bet they are already in this. Looking forward to playing again when

Suggestion

I love this game. However do you think you could present some new boards. Keep getting the same board’s. Also I think after so
many wins there should be some kind of rewards. Boards or power ups. It gives incentive. Can’t be just one way. Again really

I would give this 5 stars if you bring back the Quick Game Mode. That was real fun and you are able to play more in a short amount
of time. Also challenges you to be quicker, and smarter than your challenger.

Very fun game to play with others

Love the game, but HATE all the ads. Recent update changed our user names for some reason. Now I can’t find the people I like to
play against. What happened to the icon that shows who is currently playing the game?

Also the lurid ads have got to stop. Inappropriate for children!!

Glitches

Since the new update the game has a lot of glitches playing the same player with the same exact boards and now to see your Kryss
score you have to sign in or look at a video doesn’t make sense and the players I play constantly when I look at are head to
head it says zero

Not getting notifications

I used to get a notification number on the app to show me it was my turn but recently it isn’t there. This makes it hard for me
timely respond.

Glitching

Great game but..

My friend and I are addicted to this game but… recently ive stopped getting notifications when its my turn. So we’ve
accidentally had several games expire because I just didnt know it was my turn. :( please fix!

Love game just one hiccup

This is an enjoyable game. However, it gets stuck in the game or when the game is complete and you lose a game board because the
only way to get unstuck or to the Home Screen is to resign the game. :( I tried closing the app, restarting device. Still had to
resign the game.

Games “end” a lot involuntary. Seems like it’s my turn or should be, but letters never show up, and then game just quits.
Otherwise fun game.

GAME TIME

Is it my phone and iPad or is it the game? Many times I'm unable to finish a game because the screen goes black and I never get
that game back. I love the game and it gives me much pleasure as I'm homebound and you can watch just so much TV.

Amazing, but...

I've been super addicted to this I see crosswords in my sleep. It claims that if you invite friends with a link you can get game
boards. I invited two with the link and I have recieved no game boards. Otherwise, great!

I love playing this game with my friends and family but there is one ad from Express that opens and covers the screen in the

Single Player Options??

The game is fun. But the interface is buggy. It won’t let me turn off sounds and other such options that have toggles. Mostly
though, I really wish there was an option to do solo games.

Can’t click through ads

Many of the ads that play I can’t close at the end because the x is in the top right or left corner. It doesn’t work with my
iPhone 13. I have to close out and restart the app! I love this game please fix the ad issues!

Everytime I watch the video to receive a free play, I go click new game and the free play goes away without the game being played.
I have to close out and come back 3-4 minutes to receive the free play. There’s some kind of glitch where the game is not
recognizing that you have an available play

Even after the latest update the notifications only work half the time. I’ve tried everything shutting them off and turning them
back on. But it’s still the same.

Calculated points

Why is my turn always calculated lower if I win. The opponent wins and they get 24 points I win I get nothing higher than 10
points. Bummer

I just had two games in progress say I lost and ended prematurely. I didn’t end the games but just logged in and they were

Love the game but…

I have to echo the other reviews that there are too many ads but moreover, you can’t even play a game without watching five or
six ads after they had promised just watch one more ad and you’ll get another game. It’s too frustrating I had to go to
Wordgrams, which at least they let you play.

Great except...

I keep starting games, an opponent is found and there’s no game, yet I’m charged a game board. I even get notifications that
the opponent is waiting for me to play, but there is NO game there.

Game is having a lot of issues.

I didn’t get my game boards for inviting someone who created an account. Lost about 5 of my game boards because I started a game
but it never started. Game freezes on other player and I lose my game for running out of time. Practice play is not working at all
but I really enjoy the game.

My letters disappear and given to opponent

The game is fun. However there is a glitch. Many times I have noticed, that towards the end of the game, if I have letters I
misplaced, they will be given to my opponent so they can get a higher score and win.

Great game but needs work!

Love the game & that I can play against people! But, It has bugs!!! The worst game with issues I’ve played. My phone also gets
very very hot when I play. Super laggy. Had me stuck in a quick match. And made me play the same round 3 times.

Unplayable letters

I am given letters that cannot be placed anywhere in the Board, and am sometimes left with letters at the end of the game, after
all spaces are filled. Also, if I withhold a letter or two to prevent my opponent from completing a word, the game places them
anyway! Time for an update….

Needs fixed

Too many ads and the cost to remove them is too hi

5-10 every 3 months would make sense for a game like this that is very buggy and has multiple times left my games incomplete or
disappear. No tutorial and the ai bot bugs multiple times.

I paid for the 10 ad removal just to check it out and I regret it

It says you’ll get 5 game boards if you connect your FB so I connected my Facebook and the game boards still haven’t been
given to me!
