But now the games vanish. Or the app won’t load. Or the finished games reappear despite being deleted preventing me restarting.

My games have gone !!

Went in to play my games after there had been an update and they had all gone !!
I logged in and all my tokens and games gone, I only had 300 tokens on there but I had a lot more than that
What happened ? I wish I hadn’t don’t the update

Some tech issues

This game is fun and I enjoy it. However the ads crash a lot and then the game has to be closed and reopened which then loses your
game and you have to start a new one. Otherwise it’s enjoyable.

Good game.

It’s quite a challenging game, if played correctly however, I’m just finding out that it has a limitation of free ones.
Personally I’d rather watch an ad to get another game than pay an extortionate monthly fee. Shame as it really is very good.

Ready steady FREZZE

LOVE this game but when it goes to the adds, sometimes it never returns & freezes. I have to close the app & open again. Hopefully

Good but annoying

The game is great and very addictive. The one thing that makes it not worth playing is that you can get a complete clean sweep and
the other person is doing horrible. But if they get a couple good letters they can win the game.

Great!! Stop crashing!

Super fun and it took me awhile to spend some cash on it, but it was worth it, however…recently the app crashes on me a lot. I

I don’t know if there’s a bug at the moment, but Kryss is telling me I have two hours to complete my turn and this is not
true! I go onto the game and I have 3 DAYS! Please stop sending incorrect messages to me!

Loved now hate!

Been playing this game for a couple years and been fab! Within the past week, loads of errors. Wrong letters which don’t match
anything on the boards. Letters not staying and gone the next game. Errors with new games!

Good game but

I like this game but what I don’t like is when someone else challenges to a game that all my game boards are used up and
that’s not okay I shouldn’t have to use up my boards when challenged by someone else 😡😡

Okay, but glitchy

The game itself is very enjoyable, but the glitches during Quickplay strike me as a way to make money from players. I have lost
count of the number of times the game has frozen and I have lost a game board. This will be a brilliant game if they ever bother
to get this issue sorted out

Bugs need fixing

I really like this game when it’s working. Recently it either hasn’t started or has frozen when it has started. I think it
needs more rewards that can be earned as it’s unplayable in the end if you don’t pay real money.

Annoyed

Despite the millions of ads this is a very good game. However, I connected to facebook with the impression that it would give me 5
free game boards (as advertised) but it did not. Fuming.

I want more

I like this game, it’s very addictive. On the other hand, I hate it because I can’t get enough. Not enough boards to play on,
people unresponsive or just not playing, losing you boards and points, it’s very frustrating

Great game bad adverts

Why do you allow adverts that you cannot close once they have finished? you have to close the game down and try again hoping
you’ll get a different advert where the x isn’t behind your phone controls in the top right hand corner

Apart from there being too many adverts and too long. They just don’t play or close. Having to shut down the app and reopen. My

The M & S advert isn’t playing full screen and freezes once played. No option given at end to close. Having to shut down whole

Please add more boards

This game is good. I like it. But there are so few boards in the expert section that the same boards just cycle. I now know all
the answers so it’s not a challenge anymore. There seems to be about 5 or 6 different boards available.

Good game but

The coins given for winning are not enough to buy more games so inevitably you have to pay to play. It take ages to finish the
game when the other player gives up. I mean ages! It should be instant. Other than that, very enjoyable game.
