Can’t seem to press any of the red buttons 😕

Love the game but it glitched out on me 😔 . Ever since yesterday i noticed that i’am unable to press any red buttons down.
It’s happened to me before and i had to delete the game and start from scratch 😩. I’ve tried everything from closing the
