Roommate stole remote

HAHA ! Roommate that’s an old bible thumper , stole my remote but didn’t know that there’s an app and that I can buy them

It works as a remote but offered me to control volume for 1.99. But doesn’t control volume. But it does everything else. I have
the Roku express 4k plus.

App isn’t working deleted it tried to re download it and it wouldn’t
