If you have Starlink you will need this app. It’s really good but the recent update to its interface is ugly and looks not as
slick. Looks more analog than digital when it comes to the recent interface update.

I believe I have a failed antenna but can not contact anyone at starLink for a replacement.

Losing functionality

The last two releases of the app have eliminated some useful features for those who are running in bypass mode. No longer can I
access the statistics or even connect to the Starlink. It would be great to get those resources visible again in the app.

Feedback for iOS devs

Love the app, works great and have no complaints for the UI. I do however think that the new app logo looks very much like an app
that is currently being downloaded at glance.

Not a happy Camper zero stars

I can’t believe that in 2023 that Elon has created a satalight with a CORD. Are you kidding me.
There is no phone number to call, everything has to be completed on line. Terrible customer service. Would love a call back…

App change

I don’t know what it is. But since the app logo changed along with the UI it’s felt bloated. It takes longer to load the load
page and takes longer to “connect” to my Starlink. Feeling like a step backwards.

Average ISP

The set-up was ok speeds are good but gives no public IP due to CGNAT use. This means you won’t be able to forward any ports,
until they provide with a IPv6, which is when Starlink?
