I wish you could change your email

I wish they would make it so you could change the email you use. The email I used at the time I lost the password for and am not
able to recover but since I can’t change the email to a different one I would have to delete my account and start over and I
really don’t want to have to do that.

The lives are great and you can chat and talk to the artists the app is a little slow but is really fun and great for you to chat
with your favorite artists and groups lives are great but don’t have subtitles for foreign fans but you can always watch them
after on YouTube!

WEVERSE LIVE WITH BTS

Finally, I was able to watch Weverse live with one of the BTS members which is Jungkook today. And there is an english translation
with it. So it was fun and I enjoyed a lot watching him. I dont need to wait for a couple of days to watch the replays with
english translation which is great.

Subtitles for every channel

I’m an international fan so it would be more helpful if there were subtitles so I could understand what they are saying. I know

Weverse should have subtitles in every language just like Vlive, since there is many people who don’t understand some language

I love the app itself. My only issue with it is that if I am watching a persons live if they don’t have subtitles and they’re
speaking a different language, I don’t know what they’re saying so it will be awesome if the viewer could turn on subtitles.

Notifications

Overall great app, but there is no way to customize my notification settings. You either turn it all off or get spammed with
hundreds or notifications a day whenever any artist starts responding to comments. I would love to be able to find a middle ground
instead of just turning them all off.

I used to be able to watch full screen lives vertically on my phone, but now when i click full screen it moves the screen to be
horizontal even when the live is vertical. Please fix this

The app is a great place to interact with artists, but there is a large spam issue and lack of comment moderation on artists
lives. The app would be a lot better if a live chat moderation was implemented to keep people from abusing the chat system. It
bothers other fans and the artists.
