I was so excited to play this game when I got it. But when I opened the app it just kept loading and loading one time I even

Help I keep having issues

I love the game but I keep having issues with the loading of the game I keep having to delete the the game then re-download? HELP?
Also game never sent the email to me… not sure what’s that about but still love the game!
